It is hereby announced that in order to make a good emergency response to particularly major public health emergencies and other emergencies that seriously threaten public health, guide and regulate the emergency use of medical devices, in accordance with the Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices (Decree No. 739 of the State Council), National Medical Products Administration, together with the National Health Commission and the National Disease Control and Prevention Administration, has formulated the Regulations on the Management of Emergency Use of Medical Devices (Trial), which are hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
