The 27th GHWP Annual Meeting and 27th GHWP TC Meeting will be held in Shanghai from November 27 to 30, 2023 and will discuss and exchange views on hot issues in the innovative development, international regulation, cutting-edge technology and industrial development of medical devices, to promote the convergence, coordination and trust of global medical device regulation. The meetings aim to promote the high-quality development of global medical device regulation and industry through dialogue and communication between regulators and the industry. The Annual Meeting will be hosted by the GHWP Secretariat, undertaken by the China Center for Food and Drug International Exchange and co-organized by the China Association for Medical Devices Industry and the Shanghai Medical Products Administration. The meeting specifics are as follows:

II. Content
November 27: Seminar and training on topics such as cutting-edge technologies of medical devices
November 28: Seminar and training on topics such as new policies of medical device regulation
Morning, November 29: Closed-door meeting of GHWP Technical Committee
Afternoon, November 29: Open meeting of GHWP Technical Committee
November 30: GHWP Annual Meeting
The meeting language will be English, and Chinese/English simultaneous interpretation will be arranged.
