In order to do a good job in medical device registration administration, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has organized the revision of the Catalog of Medical Devices Exempt from Clinical Evaluations (released in Announcement No. 71 of 2021 of NMPA) according to the Measures for the Administration of Registration and Filing of Medical Devices (Order No. 47 of the State Administration for Market Regulation) and hereby releases the revised edition, which shall come into force from the date of release.

It is hereby announced.
