The Forum focused on new innovation-related policy initiatives, new regulation situations, and new industry trends under the new regulations and set up a platform for enterprises to exchange and display innovation work experience, innovation achievements, and innovative technologies. The Forum interrupted policies that encourage innovation in supporting regulations such as the Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices and the Measures for the Administration of Registration and Filing of Medical Devices and put forward requirements for the industry’s innovation work. At the Forum, five representatives of excellent enterprises shared their experience and feelings about innovation work, and more than 10 winning projects of the China Medical Devices Design & Entrepreneurship Competition were centrally displayed.
At the Forum, a leader of the Department of Medical Device Registration, National Medical Products Administration elaborated on the regulations and policies of China’s drug regulatory authorities that encourage industry innovation and required the industry to seize development opportunities, place innovation at the core of enterprise development, and continue to provide people with safe, effective, and high-tech products. As the representatives of excellent enterprises in the innovation work, Shukun (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd., SceneRay Co., Ltd., MicroTech Medical (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., Bluesail Medical Co., Ltd., and Daan Gene Co., Ltd. shared their insights and experience regarding the high-level independent innovation work and their understanding of new opportunities for industrial development under the guidance of new regulations.
Furthermore, a total of 11 winning projects of the China Medical Devices Design & Entrepreneurship Competition were centrally displayed, including Bywave Sensing Medical Ultra-micro Optical Fiber Sensor Project, Full-automatic Microfluidics Nucleic Acid Testing System, Single-use Visual Intracranial Hematoma Clearance Device, Brain Tumor Intelligent Screening and Precision Radiotherapy Intelligent Diagnosis System, Hepatolenticular Degeneration ATP7B Gene Test Kit (Semiconductor Sequencing), World’s First Capsule Endoscopic Ultrasound Robot, Venous Stent System Project, Micron-level 3D Printing Technology Suitable for Manufacturing Medical Implantation and Intervention Materials, Rapid Molecular Detection System for Sepsis Pathogens, Industrialization of Innovative Brain Diagnosis and Treatment Devices, Magnetic Navigation Robot for Cardiac Intervention, and Helium-Free MRI System Innovation Project.
