In accordance with the Social Insurance Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Medical Insurance System, and the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the Reform Plan for the Control of High-value Medical Consumables (GBF [2019] No. 37), etc., the National Healthcare Security Administration has modified the Interim Measures for Administration of Payment for Medical Consumables Covered by Basic Medical Insurance (Exposure Draft) upon extensive solicitation of opinions in the early stage and has studied and drafted the Naming Specification for “Generic Medical Insurance Names” of Medical Consumables Covered by Medical Insurance (Exposure Draft) and hereby solicits opinions from society. The China Association for Medical Devices Industry hereby organizes solicitation of opinions from the medical device industry. Entities or individuals with suggestions can e-mail your written opinions by 12:00, November 26, 2021.
