In accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Import and Export Control of Technologies, the Catalogue of Technologies Prohibited or Restricted from Export (2008 No. 12 Annex of Order of Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Science and Technology) was partially adjusted by the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Science and Technology, which is hereby released. The civil-military dual-use technologies shall be under export control.
