In order to fully implement decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on coordinating and pushing forward with the COVID-19 prevention and control and economic and social development, effectively promote the collaborative resumption of industry chains, give play to the support role of information-based means, help enterprises address breaking points, blocking points and pain points of industry chains caused by the epidemic and provide supply-demand matchmaking service for enterprises, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology has developed a supply-demand matchmaking platform for industry chains in key industries under the organization of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The platform is used for public services and industry management. During the epidemic, the platform mainly provides services in collection, release and management of demand information at breaking points and blocking points of key industries due to the risk of disruption to international supply chains. The platform renders online exhibitions and electronic ordering service due to the risk of insufficient domestic and foreign demands. In the long run, the platform will provide strong support to strengthen the monitoring, analysis and early warning of industry chains, and innovative industry management.
The platform was officially launched online for trial operation on April 26 (Saturday). To date, 750 enterprises in 24 provinces have used services on the platform.
