In order to implement the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Approval System and Encouraging the Innovation of Drugs and Medical Devices, address the clinical treatment needs of serious life-threatening diseases, and accelerate the examination and approval of related medical devices, we, the National Medical Products Administration, have organized and formulated the Guiding Principles for Conditional Approval for Listing of Medical Devices, which is hereby promulgated.
