Wang Zhexiong, the Director of Department of Medical Device Supervision of NMPA, and his entourage, arrived at China Association for Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI) for research themed on “Staying True to Our Founding Mission” on July 19, 2019. Standing Vice President of CAMDI Jiang Feng, Vice President Fan Xiaodong, Secretary General Xu Shan, Deputy Secretary General Yang Xiaofang, Deputy Director of General Office Wu Yinglong and Liang Yanbing from Department of Technical Regulations attended the meeting.
President Jiang and Secretary General Xu reported the situation and recent work of CAMDI to the leaders from the Department of Medical Device Supervision. Director Wang appreciated CAMDI for the support to medical device supervision and the success in training course jointly organized by the Department of Technical Regulations. He said that, the purpose of this meeting was “Staying True to Our Founding Mission”, the Department of Technical Regulations would fulfill this mission in the future and make effort in the basic communication with enterprises. He also said he was looking forward to the long-term cooperation with CAMDI to make contributions to the quality improvement of medical devices in China.
