Zhao Yixin, the Chairman of CAMDI, expressed his hopes for the work of Committee of Chinese Traditional Medical Devices after it was established:
First, he hopes that the Committee can give full play to its functions to build service platforms, integrate industrial resources and get policy support and give play to the service functions of developing the industry, standardize the industry and servicing enterprises.
Second, he hopes that Chinese traditional medical device enterprises can actively made various kinds of cooperation with relevant industries, enterprises and capital, and mainly promote the development and application of products in the fields of old-age care, rehabilitation, physical examination, household devices and others.
Third, he hopes that the communities, governments, media and others will pay attention to and support the innovation and development of Chinese traditional medical devices. Especially, he hopes that government departments at all levels can include the development of Chinese traditional medical devices in the plan on the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as soon as possible, support the TCM services by the use of Chinese traditional medical devices, support technological innovation and enterprise training in Chinese traditional medical devices, and help Chinese traditional medical devices and TCM services go abroad.
Issuing the first development report on the industry
The First Forum on Innovative Development in Chinese Traditional Medical Devices was held on the same day. They also thought that families would become a new blue ocean market of Chinese traditional medical devices. The leaders of Daosh hoped that government departments could include the development of Chinese traditional medical devices in the plan for TCM development, support technological innovation and enterprise training in Chinese traditional medical devices and help Chinese traditional medical devices and TCM services go abroad.
