Circular of the National Health Commission on Seeking Public Comments on the Administrative Measures for the Clinical Application of Medical Devices (Draft for Comment)

The safe and effective use of medical devices is directly related to medical safety and the health of the people. By summarizing the implementation experience of the Safety Management Standard for Clinical Use of Medical Devices (Trial), the National Health Commission drafted the Administrative Measures for the Clinical Application of Medical Devices (Draft for Comment). The document is designed with a view to strengthening the management of medical devices by medical institutions, improving the quality of medical care, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients. Based on Regulations on Procedures for the Formulation of Rules, the National Health Commission is now seeking relevant public comments. You can present your comments through the following ways and channels:
1. Log into the Legal Information Network of Chinese Government (website: http://www.chinalaw.gov.cn) and enter the “legislative opinion collection" column at the upper corner of the homepage to give your comments.
2. Log in the website of the National Health Commission of People’s Republic of China (http://www.nhc.gov.cn), and enter the column of “Seeking Comments” in “Interaction” at left side of the homepage.
