According to the State Council Order No. 680, the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices, in order to deepen and simplify administration and delegate powers to lower levels, integrate delegation and management, and promote the rational allocation and use of large-scale medical equipment, the Management Catalog for Large Medical Device Deployment Permit (2018) is hereby released with the approval of the State Council. This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
