The 12th Five-Year National Science and Technology supporting Plan for the Development of Cardiovascular Disease diagnosis and treatment Instruments and Blood purification products Passed the Concluding Acceptance
Research and Development of Cardiovascular Disease Treatment Devices and Blood Purification Products under National Twelfth Five Year Key Technology R&D Program passed the concluding acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology a few days ago. Through the project implementation, some bottleneck problems restricting the development of cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment and blood purification have been solved. A batch of cardiovascular disease treatment devices and blood purification products with independent intellectual property rights have come into the market, in order to contribute to the improvement of technology level for relevant domestic industries.
The project has applied for 22 registration certificates of medical devices, 19 registration certificates of new products, 82 domestic invention patents, 17 international patents and 19 invention patents granted, involved in drafting of 6 industrial standards and newly added 1 listed company. The implementation of the project significantly improves the international competitiveness of cardiovascular disease treatment devices and blood purification products of self-owned brands, and effectively relieves the problem that most of high-end medical devices in cardiovascular and blood purification field are imported.
