The "2017 China Listed Medical Device Enterprise Summit Forum" - Innovation and Promotion of Domestic High-performance Medical Devices was opened in Changsha on November 17, 2017. At the same time, CAMDI signed a contract with Changsha Hi-tech Zone to build "China High-performance Medical Device Science Park" and award the park.
Li Xiaohong, vice mayor of Changsha Municipal People's Government, attended the forum and presided over the meeting. President Zhao Yixin and executive vice president Fan Xiaodong of CAMDI attended the conference. Zhou Qingnian, secretary of Hi-tech Zone Working Committee and Chen Daqing, deputy director of Management Committee participated in activities.
Zhao Yixin, president of CAMDI, delivered an opening speech at the opening ceremony. She focused on the state's support for the development of home-made high-performance medical devices and China’s promotion of the policy of pharmaceutical innovation and development. She also encouraged medical device manufacturers to make innovations and promotions and further contribute to China’s high-performance medical device products entering the domestic and international markets.
