On August 12, 2017, China Association for Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI) & China Strategic Innovation Alliance Medical of Device Technology (the Alliance) organized experts to visit and investigate the Shanghai United Imaging Healthcare Co., Ltd. (UIH), the council unit of CAMDI.

The expert panel assessed the progress of National science and technology support program undertaken by the UIH, and then Dr. Zhang Qiang, the co-president of UIH led the Alliance staff and experts to visit the product showroom and the MRI production base in Jiading headquarters.

The participating experts highly appreciated the significant progress of UIH during “the 12th Five-Year Plan” in MRI research and development, and expected that UIH can maintain its core competitiveness–– R&D strength, platform strength, prospective study, design innovation.
