At 14:07 (Beijing time), November 18, Shenzhou-XI manned spacecraft (Shenzhou-XI) carrying 2 Chinese astronauts safely touched down on the grassland of central inner Mongolia. Jing Haipeng and Chen Dongyuan accomplished this space mission and brought back lettuce cultivated in the space and cocooned silkworms as well as collected urine and saliva samples stored in the aerospace refrigerator, supplying further scientific research with more abundant materials and resources. The latest news from Astronaut Center of China says that during the whole orbital motion, various technical indexes of the Haier aerospace refrigerator were normal. It safely stored the physiological samples from the astronauts and helped finish this space mission, providing technical support of cold-chain for space medical research.
The four core technologies ensure the space flight quality and assist with life science. First, a light and strong structure, and high-strength, light-weight feature provide with comprehensive security. (Haier bio-medical always focuses on high strength for aerospace safety, devotes to innovation research for experiments and research application and provides users with Zhijing biological safety cabinets of constant velocity in full life circle for laboratory safety.) Second, energy efficiency meets the aerospace requirements and also leads the industry to follow energy conservation and environment protection. (Energy-saving ultra-low temperature freezer applies the world’s first HC hydrocarbon refrigerant technology, fluoride-free, with good refrigerating efficiency and environmentally friendly.) Third, intelligent control ensures the cold chain at a height of 300,000 meters (full-automatic management system for sample storage). Fourth, constant cool storage and long-term insulation ensure the safety storage of samples even with no power (Haier solar driven vaccine refrigerator).
